For Aikido (adults): every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

For Aikido (children and teenagers): every Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

For Kendo: every Thursday from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

 

We ask that you be present five to ten minutes earlier for the smooth and efficient placement of the tatami mats.
